We have in our catalogue photoreceivers to recover signals from femtowatt levels and high frequencies, from DC to 150MHz and from 300nm to below 5µm.

Our range of  low noise photoreceivers cover the spectrum from ultraviolet to far-infrared

  • General purpose Si based (0.3 – 1.0 µm) amplified photoreceivers D101 with multiple gain and low filter settings or D121 DC-coupled with 150 MHz bandwidth.
  • High performance InGaAs (0.9 – 1.7 µm)  amplified photoreceivers D100 with multiple gain and low filter settings or D120 DC-coupled with 150 MHz bandwidth.
  • extended InGaAs ( (0.9 – 2.6 µm) amplified photoreceivers D103 with multiple gain and low filter settings or D123 DC-coupled with 100 MHz bandwidth. D103 and D123 include built-in thermo-electric (TEC) cooler and controller.
  • and InGaAsSb (1.0 – 3.6 µm) amplified photoreceivers D104 with multiple gain and low filter settings or D124 DC-coupled with 100 MHz bandwidth. D104 and D124 include built-in thermo-electric (TEC) cooler and controller.
We also have standalone, ultra low noise current and voltage amplifiers in the pipeline and these should appear in our online store in the course of the next 6 months.

In addition to our standard products, we offer customized versions of all our products for OEM integration. We have been shipping our custom tailored laser controllers, photoreceivers and other various electronics devices for more than 10 years now and with volumes ranging from one-off to several hundreds per year; several thousands have now been in use in the field.
